Stephen W. Stanley files for Texas House of Representatives, District 113

GARLAND — Stephen W. Stanley filed on Monday to run for Texas House of Representatives, District 113 in 2024.

“I’m running for the House of Representatives because it's time for a change of leadership in HD 113. The district needs someone capable of making meaningful legislative progress.” Republican Stephen Stanley said. “From helping to revitalize Garland’s economy, to managing regional transportation initiatives, to steering the Texas GOP, my track record of innovative solutions speaks for itself.”

Stanley is a former Garland City Council Member and SREC representative.

Stanley is running unopposed in the March GOP primary, and will face the incumbent in the November 2024 election.
